Mikhail Potapov’s works have been awarded more than a hundred world—class awards, including the title of the best photographer of the year and the Pangea Prize award — a 7 kg crystal sphere decorated with real gold leaf from the Italian Siena Awards. His photographs have been published in such well-known publications as The Washington Post, Forbes.com, Sputnik, RIA Novosti and others. In 2022, the photo “Only one”, taken in the mountains of Adygea, was recognized as the best in the category of aerial photographs in the rating of the international network of photographers The Independent Photographer based in Great Britain.
